What to expect.

When you sit down with me, you can count on being listened to and supported without judgement. It’s a space where you can be yourself and talk about whatever’s been weighing you down.

I’m not afraid of the tough chats—whether that’s looking at my own stuff or being there for someone else who needs to unload. In my experience, the harder the conversation, the bigger the chance for real growth.

There’s no rush to dive straight into the deep stuff. We take it at your pace, letting the chat flow and peeling things back bit by bit. That way, you get the chance to make sense of what’s going on and start moving forward.

Walk and Talk.

Instead of sitting in a room across from someone with a notepad, a walk and talk is way more relaxed. It’s just us having a chat while walking down the beach—like you would with a mate.

For most blokes, it feels a lot less heavy and intimidating than a clinic setting. Being outdoors makes it easier to open up and talk honestly about what’s going on—whether it’s stress at work, relationship issues, money worries, or just feeling stuck.

There’s no pressure, no judgement—just a straight-up conversation in a setting that helps you feel more at ease.
